Terms and conditions of the service

Additional Time

$75 for one hour of photo service ($35 additional time charge for every 30 minutes or less).

Mileage charge

$0.90/mile if the location is 5 miles or more from Downtown Dallas.

The hour of service includes unlimited photos with natural lighting and basic flash.

Payment

The client must pay in total and in cash for the received photographic services at the
end of the photoshoot and / or at the delivery of the material.

Minimum time required

Special events minimum three hours of service contracting on Friday, Saturday or
Sunday after 17:00

Delivery

All photos will be emailed or copied in a USB, laptop, or hard drive supplied by
the client.

Time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Policy

Fees will be assessed using a slidimg scale.

There is a 10 minutes leniency period followed by a $5 fee after the first 10 minutes, $20 fee after 20 minutes and $35 fee after 30 minutes wait.
If 45 minutes late a cancellation/reschedule is required.
