Terms and conditions

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled.
  • $95 for one hour of photo service ($47.50 applied as an extra time charge for every 30 minutes or less).
  • Mileage charge $0.90/mile if the location is 5 miles or more from Downtown Dallas.
  • Special events require a minimum of three hours if services are contracted after 17:00 hrs on the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
  • Delivery: All photographs will be delivered through a password protected gallery on our website where you can download the files to your computer..
  • The client must pay in total and in cash for the received services at the end of the project; Payments with card have a 5% fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 72 hr notice of cancellation or reschedule before the appointment. Please call 323-800-0707.
  • No fee for a reschedule if 72 hr or greater prior to the appointment time.
  • Reschedules less than 72 hr prior to the appointment time will automatically be subject to forfeiture of 25% the deposit.
  • Cancelations less than 72 hr prior to the appointment time will automatically be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
